  • number of visits you make to their venue;

  • your spend with them (e.g., food, drink, services);

  • whether you convert into a full-time or direct member of their venue;

  • any attendance or participation data relevant to venue access.

Partner Venues can view limited member information through our web-app, including basic profile details necessary for event and pass booking management. This may include your name, profile photo, membership tier, and relevant booking history.

This sharing is required to:

  • verify your membership and identity;

  • facilitate bookings and secure access;

  • manage guest lists, reservations and event participation;

  • support operational, security, and compliance requirements.

Membership use constitutes explicit consent to this information sharing.
