Problem for Consumers

The way that we live, work and play has drastically changed post-COVID. Today’s mobile generation lives and works across multiple places. The single-location membership no longer fits the lifestyle.

Problem for Membership-Based Spaces

The $25.8B private members’ club market is booming — but saturation is driving lower occupancy and weaker member fit, creating demand for smarter, data-driven models. (The MBS Group)
